Juan Manuel Mondragón Martínez — ALERO is a Colombian artist, DJ, record producer, entrepreneur and songwriter from Cali, whose musical vision moves between Afro House, Melodic House, Deep House, and Melodic Techno, shaping a sound that is clean, sophisticated, and emotional.

He was part of Sunministers, a project through which he performed on some of Colombia’s most important stages, sharing the stage with global artists such as David Guetta, Tiësto, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Steve Aoki, and many others. Throughout his career, he has been recognized with the Revelation DJ/Producer award at the CDA Awards and has been featured in key international electronic music media outlets such as DJ Mag Latin America and DJ Mag Spain, among others.

His journey in music began at a very early age: he started at 12 years old as a multi-instrumentalist musician, established himself as a record producer at 16, and began shaping his career as a DJ at 18. As a producer, he has also been involved in major Colombian urban music productions, an experience that strengthens and authentically connects with the Latin identity that defines his artistic project today.

Beyond music, ALERO represents an expanding artistic brand: a visual, conceptual, and sonic identity. He is also the founder of the record label and music marketing agency DURO RECORDS and NOSKI Studio, and is part of RKJ MUSIC & PUBLISHING, actively contributing to the development, positioning, and growth of other artists within the industry.
